Okay to Play

August 7, 2014 - November 12, 2014 - 12:00 am at

All parents want two things for their children: health and happiness.  WNC Healthy Kids, the Community Transformation Grant Project, Local Health Departments, Schools and Churches in your community have partnered up to promote family health and happiness.  Look for an It’s Okay to Play sign at schools and churches near you to know where you can engage in safe physical activity.  Active play promotes healthy bodies and minds.  Jump, run, and play with your kids because it’s okay to play.
